Renewing Membership for 2025-26

The renewal date is 1st October 2025 through to 31st September 2026. The cost is £20, which includes coffee/refreshments at our Monday monthly meetings and Tuesday Coffee mornings during the year. Included in the fee is the quarterly Third Age Matters- the National u3a magazine.

Renewing members- please can you check your details are correct and make any updates on a Renewal Form or through our Beacon Portal [Portal instructions pdf 2 and use the Portal link button. Ask for help by sending an email to the Membership Secretary

New members:

New members can fill in the PDF form and send to the Membership Secretary or hand to any Committee member at a

Membership Forms:

  • Paper copies will be available at meetings, Coffee mornings and from most group Convenors.
  • There is a word document on this page which can be completed and emailed back to the Membership Secretary
  • A PDF version of the form can be printed out and posted or handed to the Membership secretary. [See buttons below]

Associate Members:

If you are a member of another local u3a, (eg Tynedale) you pay the reduced annual fee of £10.00, but still need to complete a Renewal Form. For any queries, please contact our Membership Secretary.

Gift Aid:

Your subscription can release a tax refund for Prudhoe and District u3a. Please tick and sign this section on the Membership Form

Methods of Payment:

  • For Bank Transfer, pay Prudhoe & District u3a: sort code 30-19-54: Account No. 03226566. Please Reference the bank transfer with your surname.
  • If paying by cheque, please make it payable to Prudhoe & District u3a. It can be posted with your paper form or handed in at one of monthly meetings to any of the committee members.
