Book Group 2 meets on the second Thursday of each month at 2pm. We obtain books from Northumberland County Council and Newcastle Libraries’ reading groups collections (both free services) and sometimes buy books. Members suggest books they would like to read, resulting in varied and interesting choices and good discussions. Our meetings are also social gatherings. Cake (of which we are all very fond) and beverages always feature.
